1 ½ cups organic apple juice
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
5 tablespoons gelatin powder
Mix the apple cider vinegar, water, and apple juice in a large saucepan. Then, add the gelatin, and mix well.
Leave the mixture for 2 minutes, and then cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. When done, pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, and leave them in the fridge for an hour.
